These cupcakes were delicious, the creamy Baileys topping mixed with the soft and tasty cupcake makes for the perfect combination. The chocolate chips on top are the added bit of heaven. After eating I would have to say this is the best cup cake (and now my favourite) I have ever tasted and will definitely recommend this to any one with or without a sweet tooth.
